Humanity and efficiency meet quality.

goldWERT is the name of my company. Inspired by a compliment from an extremely satisfied customer. This "heartfelt THANK YOU" for my way of working has remained in my heart-warming memory. This is exactly what goldWERT is all about: the symbiosis of quality, economic work and humanity.

economic efficiency-humanity-team coaching-gold value
At goldWERT, profitability meets humanity.

Request status quo.

goldWERT is about meeting teams where they are at the moment. We work together to strengthen common ground and eliminate inconsistencies before they arise. By getting to know team colleagues or managers, goals are achieved more quickly and efficiently. My approach is clear: efficiency and humanity must be in harmony.

Employee management with humanity.

A satisfied team is the heart of every successful company. That's why I attach great importance to human leadership at goldWERT. Experience shows that employees who feel valued and understood are more motivated and productive. Targeted measures promote well-being and satisfaction within the team - be it flexible working hours, regular feedback meetings or individual development opportunities.

Humanity in the team - the key to success.

Effective teamwork is more than just the sum of the individual tasks. It requires a high level of trust, communication and a common goal. At goldWERT, I support teams in optimizing the way they work together. This includes open communication, conflict resolution and strengthening team spirit through team building. This creates a working environment in which each individual can develop their potential.

Support customers for as long as required.

Through personalized solutions and close collaboration, I ensure that every client receives coaching tailored to their current situation. The duration of my support varies depending on the client. This could range from a two-hour one-on-one coaching session with an executive, to a one-day team coaching session, or process support spanning a few weeks. My approach is flexible, and clients are welcome to engage my services on a long-term basis. A longer-term collaboration yields the best results because I can tailor my coaching or consulting much more specifically when I’ve had the opportunity to get to know the hotel or another company over an extended period. My favorite compliment: Recommendations from satisfied clients are the greatest recognition I can receive.

Economy through humanity

It is often assumed that profitability and humanity are at odds with each other. At goldWERT, I prove the opposite. Treating employees and customers humanely is not only morally correct, but also makes economic sense. Motivated employees and satisfied customers lead to higher productivity and greater customer loyalty. Factors that both have an extremely positive impact on economic success. My clients and I are firmly convinced that these two aspects are necessary for long-term success.

Output: Humanity and efficiency meet quality.

Being human and being commercially successful go hand in hand. Trying to understand people, trusting your team or not always checking everything when you hand over a task. These are all signs of humanity that encourage your employees to act confidently, work independently and focus on achieving the goal.

Great experience in Kitzbühel.

Great Place to Work und goldWERT zu Gast im Hotel Kitzhof.

Conclusion - Great Experience in Kitzbühel

If you would like to find out more about successful personnel development, authentic employer branding and team leadership with humanity, please contact me or book a non-binding introductory meeting.

Let's find a way together to make your company even more of a shining beacon in the world of work.

Sincerely,

The focus of the meeting was on an intensive exchange on the various aspects of human resources management. From employee development and the design of personnel development concepts to management consulting and team leadership, all relevant topics were covered. The participants had the opportunity to share their experiences, discuss best practices and learn from each other.

The diversity of the participants reflected the variety of tasks and challenges in HR. Despite different regional circumstances and company sizes, everyone agreed that people are always at the heart of our work. The national meeting was therefore not only a professional, but also a personal enrichment for all participants.

Fazit des Bundesmeetings Human Resources Management

The Federal Human Resources Management Meeting was a complete success. It showed that the exchange and cooperation between HR experts from different regions and sectors is invaluable. We not only learned from each other, but also made new contacts and expanded our network. The future of human resources management in Austria looks promising and we are ready to take on the challenges and master them together.

Special thanks are due to UBIT Salzburg, which organized the event excellently. From the inspiring talks to the professional photos, everything was thought through down to the smallest detail. Even the unpredictable weather couldn't dampen the good mood - proof of the positive atmosphere that prevailed throughout the meeting.

Sincerely,

Great leadership for the next generation.

Young people, students, the next generation or whatever you want to call them. The future and what we can support now & shape positively to a small extent is very close to my heart. Thinking ahead, thinking outside the box and creating something together ... I've always been a proactive person. And I am more than ever in my self-employment.

This week I was able to visit 3 classes at the Munich University of Applied Sciences and talk about my experiences as a manager and self-employed person, as well as my path to getting there. Telling young people about my experiences, describing what was difficult for me and where I supported my employees took me back to my younger years. Discussing "What makes a good leader?" with the students showed me which people have shaped my working life and my career, in both positive and not-so-positive ways. I am very pleased and happy with my career, because I have always continued to develop and look for new challenges, and that suits my nature.

Conclusion of my guest lectures at Munich University of Applied Sciences:

➡️ Young people want a leader who is a role model.

Someone who is aware of their strengths and weaknesses, communicates these and has an overview and perspective of what is currently on the agenda and what goals need to be achieved. A mixture of empathy, caring, determination & expertise comes close to an ideal.

I will definitely continue to talk to young people about leadership, working in the hotel industry and other sectors, and what makes a good leader.

Many thanks to Simon Werther, professor at Munich University of Applied Sciences, for the invitation, to his colleague Celine Chang, whom I was able to meet again, and to all the students.

"Look for an employer who you see as a role model and who is a good leader for you. That simply makes so much difference in (working) life."

In my podcast for the hotel industry you can hear examples of very good employers; keep listening to GOLD _ your podcast with _ VALUE.😉🎙️✨

All the best
Your Kathrin

Portfolio from goldwert

The podcast for the hotel and restaurant industry.

Employee retention starts with the job advertisement, continues with the first telephone call, the job interview, etc.

But does the employee who comes to my company for an interview really fit into my team?

Are our values & ideas similar?

And can he or she identify with our philosophy?

As a business and systemic coach and long-time manager, I know the pitfalls and difficulties of generating a match between employee and entrepreneur. Many employees are hired by companies on the basis of their CV, promises are made in the job advertisement and/or the interview. Whether these promises are fulfilled is another question.

Remain authentic, show yourself to be vulnerable & be fair & reliable towards your employees, because that's what you secretly want from your new employee, that they are fair & reliable. In life, a lot of things are a give & take, and this also applies to finding, retaining & keeping employees.

The podcast medium

There are many ways to retain employees, at GOLDWERT we offer several, one of them is a podcast episode on your philosophy, your values, your instrumental desires, which employees you are looking for & where your journey in the company is going. Many points are addressed that are not visible on your website, social media channels or in the job ad, but a lot of what makes the company unique to generate a match with a future employee.

If you have any questions, please let me know & get in touch with me, Kathrin from GOLDWERT, or listen to the episodes of my podcast GOLD _ your podcast with _ VALUE, which currently focuses on the hotel and catering industry.

Podcast as an employer branding tool.

This industry is the most beautiful we have. Unfortunately, however, it still doesn't come off well in terms of employees. This is one of the reasons why I created the podcast GOLD _ your podcast with _ VALUE for the hotel and catering industry.

🏆 Cluster Award 2024

It's been less than 24 hours, but I wanted to share with you my gratitude, joy & pride about this award, the Cluster Award 2024, during the Tyrolean Innovation Week.

14 months ago, I had an idea together with a very good colleague. This idea turned into the first acquisition within a few days and after 2 months I had my first podcast episode on the Grafenast am Pillberg in the can. After that, a lot of things came about by themselves, through recommendations and cooperation, but also through my consistency and perseverance. Yesterday I had the pleasure of working for GOLDWERT and my innovation project GOLD _ your podcast with _ WERT the Cluster Award 2024 in the area of Wellness & Wellbeing Tyrol (all companies that work for the hotel & catering industry, as well as hotels themselves, are anchored in the Standortagentur Tirol).

I would like to thank my IdeenGemeinsamSchmieder & supporter Alex for his direct way of telling me what I can do better in the next interview, what I should pay attention to when I adjust something on the microphone or the volume & to push me when necessary. THANK YOU, dear Alex, for your expertise & support.🙏🏻😊

Today episode 10 goes online; 8 episodes in German, 2 in English, 4 different countries & all different characters; but what connects us is the common passion for the hotel & catering industry & that we live together with our customers & our employees in equal measure. THANK YOU to my interview partners for the first year of GOLD _ your podcast with _ VALUE.😊🤩

& of course MANY THANKS to the Standortagentur Tirol, especially Robert Ranzi and Hanna Dressler, as well as their predecessor Gina Vedova, for this special award, which has already been given a sunny spot in my office.🌞🙏🏻
