In executive and team coaching sessions, it is essential to address the goals of the company as well as those of the individual teams.
My focus is on involving each individual during a coaching session and eliciting wishes, goals, and suggestions for change from each of those present.
After obtaining my certification as a business and systemic coach in 2020, I specialized in individual and team coaching.

Management coaching
There are many plausible, human and different reasons to take advantage of coaching.
Are you preoccupied day and night with employee turnover, customer and employee retention or target achievement?
Are you forming a new team and want to make the right decisions?
For sustainable and lasting success, I look at the status quo and design coaching that meets my client's objectives.
I proceed with caution and structure. Goals should be achievable and realizable. Goals that are too big are often part of not achieving them.
Team Coaching
Keeping a team together and cushioning fluctuation requires a strong foundation. Long-standing employees are particularly important. They pick up newcomers and are crucial for the integration of new employees into the team.
I will be happy to support you in working together to improve communication, achieve goals or reduce staff turnover.

Coaching at goldWERT always includes a follow-up to ensure that the steps are implemented and the goals are achieved.
It is often difficult to implement steps, which is why I offer follow-ups to make it easier for my client to implement them.

Continuous follow-ups
A coaching session or workshop is 50% complete on the last day of the seminar. Follow-up appointment(s) for coaching make up the other 50%.
Change can only be implemented and be successful in the company in the long term with continuous improvement.
There are different paths to success. My path is structured and of high quality.
