My expertise is shaped by 25 years of theory and practical experience. Above all, event management in the high-end hospitality industry has provided me with many years of cross-departmental insights. The event industry and the hospitality sector are wonderful fields that require flexibility and bring something new every day. Through my training and certification as a business and systemic coach, I solidified my specialization in working with executives and teams in 2020. In coaching and hotel consulting, I create synergies between business efficiency and human connection. This combination strengthens companies, executives, and their employees in a sustainable and long-term way.
