My quality is characterized by 25 years of theory and practice. Above all, event management in the high-end hotel industry has given me many years of cross-departmental insights. The event industry and the hotel industry are wonderful sectors that bring flexibility and new things on the agenda every day. Through my training and certification as a business and systemic coach, my specialization in managers and teams was consolidated in 2020. In coaching and consulting, I create synergies between efficiency and humanity. This combination strengthens companies and their employees sustainably and in the long term.
