Employees are a company's most valuable asset.
The value and performance of an employee or a specialist are partly measurable and partly not.
But how much time and knowledge are lost when good employees leave your company?
Personnel development begins with the job advertisement and ends with the exit interview. I deal with the soft and hard skills of personnel development, which bring about an increase in turnover and team development, among other things. The decreasing fluctuation goes hand in hand with my way of leading.
Not every employee is a good fit for your company. But how do you find out? And how can you keep good employees?
There are various personnel development tools that help to retain good employees.
Personnel development instruments
Here is a brief insight into three of the numerous HR development tools:

Recruiting and onboarding
How do I find out in the interview whether the applicant is a perfect match for my company?
What tasks will my new employee take on? Who will be responsible for training?
What should my employee be able to do after 6 months?
Employee and feedback discussions
Asking your employees about their wishes, ideas and goals is extremely important. But you don't have much experience in this, don't know how and aren't a great speaker?
Would you like to define and achieve goals together with your employees?
Do you want your employees to identify with your company?

Employee coaching
Do you believe that one or more employees would benefit from coaching so that they can better exploit their potential?
Does your employee need support that you can't give them because you never learned how?
Would you find an external person with experience more suitable?
Follow-ups and support
I am happy to offer follow-ups to my individual coaching sessions, workshops and seminars. This means that, as an external person of trust, I ask employees and managers about the status of the steps and goals that have been discussed. With a follow-up, I can ensure that implementation takes place at the agreed time. If necessary, the target is adjusted slightly (in terms of time); of course, this is only done after consultation with my contact person in the respective company.
A motivated employee stays and achieves the jointly defined goals.
