As a business and systemic coach , my focus is on the professional development of leaders and teams in the hotel and restaurant industry.

This includes one-on-one and team coaching for executives, as well as employee development. I provide consulting support to colleagues in the hospitality and restaurant industries in the areas of people and culture, event management, and process optimization. The goldWERT FollowUps ensure that the goals and improvements we define together are implemented.

I’m happy to assist clients in Tyrol and the neighboring federal states and countries. I currently spend a lot of time traveling in the Alpine region, but I’m willing to travel to other destinations and cover longer distances.
