In der Serie „Nachhaltiges Arbeiten im Tourismus“ werden fünf verschiedene Hoteliers aus unterschiedlichen Regionen Tirols vor den Vorhang geholt. Diese Hoteliers und Top-TouristikerInnen berichten über Best Practices, wie sie vor Ort in ihren Betrieben Nachhaltigkeit bereits umsetzen. Für jeden etwas, der sich für Nachhaltigkeit, Tourismus oder beides in Kombination interessiert. Ziel dieser Kooperation mit der Wirtschaftskammer Tirol ist es mehr touristische Betriebe mit dem Thema „Nachhaltigkeit“, und was alles dazugehört, vertraut zu machen, und weitere Betriebe davon zu überzeugen. Denn nur nachhaltiges Arbeiten bringt langfristig Erfolg.

After spending 24 hours at the hotel, I ask the hotelier or restaurateur questions that I’m truly curious about. One of my goals is to highlight what makes each establishment unique. The hotelier decides for themselves where and on which platforms they want to embed the podcast episode.

- Employees who apply and want to learn more about the company in advance in order to find the PERFECT EMPLOYEE MATCH. Therefore, please include the link when responding to an application or post it on the careers page.
- Guests who are already familiar with the property and want to get to know it even better. Feel free to include the link to the podcast episode in the newsletter, pre-arrival emails, etc.
- There are no limits to how you can share the podcast. Embed the QR code in a magazine, include the link to listen on job portals , or make it available to employees who already work for you .
