On April 19, 2024, the annual national meeting of the HRM ExpertsGroups took place in Salzburg. It featured a wide-ranging exchange on trends and challenges in human resources management from all nine federal states of Austria. This industry gathering not only provided an opportunity to meet colleagues from different parts of the country but also offered deep insight into current trends and challenges in the field of human resources management.
Exchanges and New Developments Across Austria
The focus of the meeting was on an intensive exchange on the various aspects of human resources management. From employee development and the design of personnel development concepts to management consulting and team leadership, all relevant topics were covered. The participants had the opportunity to share their experiences, discuss best practices and learn from each other.
Diversity and Humanity in Human Resources Management
The diversity of the participants reflected the variety of tasks and challenges in HR. Despite different regional circumstances and company sizes, everyone agreed that people are always at the heart of our work. The national meeting was therefore not only a professional, but also a personal enrichment for all participants.
Conclusions from the National Human Resources Management Meeting
The Federal Human Resources Management Meeting was a complete success. It showed that the exchange and cooperation between HR experts from different regions and sectors is invaluable. We not only learned from each other, but also made new contacts and expanded our network. The future of human resources management in Austria looks promising and we are ready to take on the challenges and master them together.
Special thanks are due to UBIT Salzburg, which organized the event excellently. From the inspiring talks to the professional photos, everything was thought through down to the smallest detail. Even the unpredictable weather couldn't dampen the good mood - proof of the positive atmosphere that prevailed throughout the meeting.
