Through individualized solutions and close collaboration, I ensure that each client receives coaching that supports their current situation. The duration of my support depends on the client. Individual coaching with a manager for two hours, team coaching for one day or process support over a few weeks. My approach is flexible and can also be used on a long-term basis. A longer collaboration bears the most fruit because I can prepare coaching sessions or advice much more specifically if I have known the hotel or another company for longer.
