Not in the wrong movie, but in the year 2023.
The time has come—the hotel and restaurant industries must change… the situation is critical. Anyone who wants to survive in the coming years must keep up with the times and adapt to change. Otherwise, hoteliers and restaurateurs will find themselves getting their fingers burned time and again in the future.
Mein Anliegen dabei sind vor allem Mitarbeiter und Führungskräfte, die sich weiterentwickeln und die Qualität der Hotellerie und Gastronomie erhalten wollen.
Veränderung ist gut. Dadurch kann die aktuelle Situation besser werden. Nutzt den Schwung. Lasst euch darauf ein euch zu verändern, damit ihr gerne arbeiten geht und aufgrund eures Enthusiasmus und eurer Stärke, Mitarbeiter in eurem touristischen Unternehmen bleiben.
