      I'm delighted to read that I can open up new perspectives for the corner of Bayerstrasse & Schützenstrasse in Munich with my podcast. I myself have often walked past this building, which resembles the Flatiron Building in New York, & is located directly on Stachus (Karlsplatz), & had no idea what pleasant people & what concept is behind it. And above all, what will be coming to this corner in the future 😉 Konstantin described it really well. I would be happy to recommend the Yours Truly Hotel.😊
